1 lb Jersey Fresh cranberries (4 cups)
2 seeded, quartered unpeeled oranges
2 cups granulated sugar



Same day or several days before:



  1. Put the fresh cranberries and orange quarters through a food chopper, using medium blade

  2. Stir in the sugar

  3. Refrigerate several hours or longer

  4. Makes 2 pt.
