1 Bag Jersey Fresh Cranberries
1 Large Box Raspberry Gelatin
1 Cup Sugar
1 Large Jersey Fresh Apple (peeled and chopped into bite-sized pieces)
1 Cup Walnuts (more or less to taste)
- Rinse cranberries in a colander; remove and discard any bruised fruit.
- Grind cranberries in a blender with approx. 1 cup of cold water.
- Pour raspberry gelatin and sugar into large bowl. Mix with 2 cups of hot water and 1 cup of cold. Stir until thoroughly dissolved.
- Fold cranberries, apple and walnuts into gelatin and pour into a decorative bowl. Refrigerate and chill overnight or until gelatin is set. Serve cold.
