Jersey Fresh Cranberry Sauce
Jersey Fresh Cranberry Sauce

1 - 12 ounce bag of Jersey Fresh cranberries
1 1/4 cups sugar
3/4 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 cup fresh orange juice




  • Combine all ingredients in a saucepan

  • Bring to a boil and reduce heat

  • Boil gently, uncovered, until cranberry skins burst (approximately 10 minutes)

  • Stir once or twice

  • Let cool

  • Will keep for weeks, stored in a covered container in the refrigerator
